Hops, Lagerbier and Spontaneous Fermentation are what we are all about. From the always available, easy-drinking Classic Cream to our limited holiday collaboration All The Feels, we have all the information you need on past and present Separatist Beer Project releases.

AMERICAN CREAM ALE | 5.0% ABV

Our quintessential American Cream Ale made for drinking any time, and day. Comprised of Bohemian Pilsner malt and flaked maize, hopped gently with Hallertauer, then fermented low and slow for 3 weeks with a very cool ale strain, this beer is as crisp and easy drinking as they come.

CLASSIC CREAM

DOUBLE INDIA PALE ALE | 8.0% ABV

A hazed-out, new school, fan favorite DIPA, double dry-hopped with a blend of Simcoe, Citra and Centennial hops. This beer boasts a pillowy mouthfeel with soft lingering bitterness. Its big fruity punches are balanced by pangs of spruce sap, pine and
notes of resin.

GOOD GOOD

GERMAN-STYLE KELLERBIER | 5.0% ABV

Our young and unfiltered German-Style Kellerbier. Hopped with beautiful Hallertauer hops and cold conditioned for several weeks on a special German yeast strain. Jung Love is everything you could want in a lagerbier, with its clean and crisp flavor high quaffability.

JUNG LOVE

SCHWARZBIER | 4.5% ABV

German-style Schwarzbier is both thirst-quenching and bready, with subtle notes of roasted espresso. Cold fermented and conditioned with classic Hallertauer hops, this beer is incredibly crisp and super easy drinking, like your favorite Guinness minus the nitrogenation.

KODAMA

KOLSCH | 4.5% ABV

Brewed with a simple malt bill of German pils, flaked barley, and a few hefty pinches of classic Saaz before being lagered for a few weeks in the cellar. Distinctly floral and fresh, with notes of lemon verbena and a slight earthy minerality. Crispy, clean, and eternally liberating.

LIFESTYLE

ZWICKEL-PILS | 4.2% ABV

Euro-spliff is our dry hopped Zwickel-Pils that was fermented low and slow for many weeks and dosed with a healthy additions of Hallertauer Mittelfrüh hops. It is incredibly balanced with floral nuances and layers of citrus along with earthy qualities from the noble hops. 

EURO-SPLIFF

MODERN PILSNER | 4.2% ABV

Hopped gently on Lemondrop, a modern hop that lends a really nice lemon, mint and green tea character that I thought would be neat to layer over an otherwise classic, crips and crackery
Pilsner base.

WOODER

MUNICH-STYLE LAGER | 6.0% ABV

A no-frills, traditional malty and amber Munich-style lager. It is super easy drinking, bready, crisp, and of course, classic.

DUNKEL

INDIA PALE ALE | 7.0% ABV

Crafted upon a base of rolled oats and malted winter wheat. This soft and Pillowy beer is hopped in a the whirlpool with some Lemondrop and then double dry-hopped with a hefty dose of Denali and even more Lemondrop.

PHLUFF

INDIA PALE ALE | 7.5% ABV

Part of our singularly-hopped crowd favorite Nerd series. This hazy IPA is brewed with a hefty dose of pillowy oats and German wheat, then massively dry-hopped with Azacca Hops—one of our favorite varieties for its super tropical and citrusy
characteristics. This beer boasts flavors reminiscent of mango and honeydew and is sure to please.

AZACCA NERD

SESSION INDIA PALE ALE | 5.5% ABV

This super sessionable India Pale Ale is everything you want in a double dry-hopped IPA. Brewed with a blend of Mosaic, Centennial and Azacca hops, this beer boasts a fluffy body, low bitterness and bright aromas of tangerine and Sunny D. With its low ABV and explosive juicy flavor, it’s the perfect beer for sipping on all day long.

TINY MAGIC

FARMHOUSE DIPA  | 8.0% ABV

our double dry-hopped Farmhouse DIPA. This beer is everything you love about a Double India Pale Ale boosted by the complexity of a Belgian yeast strain. Hopped with Eureka, this beer boasts low bitterness with subtle pepperiness, a hint of sweetness and a whole lot of dank.

FARM CORE

DOUBLE INDIA PALE ALE | 8.7% ABV

A tropical double India Ale Pale, double dry-hopped with Centennial, Citra and Azacca hops, then conditioned on orange peel and vanilla for a citrusy punch. This tropical DIPA boasts distinct citrus tones with creamsicle and vanilla vibes, balanced by a hazy and resinous mouthfeel.

FRUITY DABS

NORDIC-STYLE FARMBIER | 5.0% ABV

Hipster Blood is our Nordic Farmbier that was fermented with our very own Viking yeast and conditioned on 600lbs of tart and sweet cherries. Deep red color tones and funky cherry farmhouse vibes.

HIPSTER BLOOD

PALE ALE | 5.5% ABV

A luscious oat Pale Ale, dry-hopped twice with Mosaic and Citra, then conditioned on pineapple purée and house-toasted coconut flesh.

SURYA

EXTRA INDIA PALE ALE | 7.5% ABV

Turbo Nerd is our super juicy Extra India Pale Ale, double dry-hopped late in fermentation for desirable hoppy goodness, balanced with notes of citrus fruit.

TURBO NERD

PORTER | 5.0% ABV

Our 2019 Pro-Am Competition winning beer. Peanut Butter Milk Porter is rich, creamy and quaffable, with a pronounced peanut butter silkiness and deep layers of cocoa.

PEANUT BUTTER MILK

TRIPLE CAKE IPA  | 11.0% ABV

ATF is brewed using a heavy dose of white wheat, with panettone cakes thrown into the mash, and sacks of orange peel and white raisins steeped in the boil. We double dry-hopped this sticky, juicy wort in the fermented with loads of Lemondrop and El Dorado. The result yields a dense layer cake body, bright tropical notes, and big candied orange flavor.

ALL THE FEELS

INDIA PALE ALE  | 7.5% ABV

Brewed with Pils, Oats, and German Wheat and then dry hopped singularly and massively with Citra Hops. Citra boasts massive aromas and flavors of meyer lemon zest, mandarin juice, honeydew, and grapefruit, making this juicy for days.

CITRA NERD

IMPERIAL STOUT | 13.0% ABV

This Double Imperial Stout was dosed with a hearty helping of Maple Syrup and Cinnamon. It is dark, decadent, rich and roasty, with a deceptively smooth finish for its whopping 13% ABV. Crack open a can and release yourself to its oatmeal chocolate chip cookie warmth.

SMOOTHIE INDIA PALE ALE  | 8.0% ABV

This Smoothie India Pale Ale was double dry-hopped with Mosaic and Centennial hops and then loaded up with tons of Pineapple and a bit of lactose for a sweet, tropical and fruity finish.

INDIA PALE ALE  | 7.5% ABV

Mosaic Nerd is a single-hopped take on what we think is our most perfectly designed IPA yet, Turbo Nerd. Brewed with pils, oats and German wheat, then dry-hopped singularly and massively with Mosaic hops for its huge pineapple aromas and heavily juicy, terpy resin flavor.

OATMEAL INDIA PALE ALE | 6.5% ABV

A super-charged oatmeal IPA, brewed with silky rolled oats, pale malt, fermented cool with our hazy house ale yeast blend, hopped with a blend of Azacca and Centennial hops.

BLENDERY BEER

There is always something fermenting in our Blendery, from limited seasonal blends to our rotating Blendery mainstays, we always have something funky available for your enjoyment.

WILD LAGERBIER | 5.0% ABV

The second iteration of our non-sensical, oak-fermented, wild, retro lagerbiers from the Blendery. Ultra is comprised of blended Vienna lagerbier matured in French oak for 6 months atop our house mixed culture, then re-fermented and naturally carbonated in classic green bottles. Effervescent and refreshing, with candied citrus overtones, oak tannins, and mild funk, this beer is both wild and easy drinking.

ULTRA

OAK-FERMENTED SAISON  | 6.0% ABV

A unique blend of mixed-culture saison fermented in Chardonnay casks for 14 months, then refermented on a hefty dose of pineapple purée in flat bottom steel tanks for an additional 2 months. This beer is bright and punchy, with vibrant tropical notes upfront, balanced by lingering oak tannins and quenching acidity.

PINEAPPLE DAZE

AMERICAN WILD ALE | 6.0% ABV

This Wild Ale was aged in Vermouth barrels with ginger, orange peel and coriander, using our house-mixed culture. It boasts a fairly sharp acidity with bright notes of ginger and apricot.

GINGER FIZZ

RUSTIC HARD CIDER | 5% ABV

This Rustic hard cider was created with a base of locally soured and pressed apples from the Bauman Family in Sassamansville, PA. After returning to the Blendery with our fresh cider bounty, it was inoculated with our house-mixed culture and left to ferment. This years blend is delicate and dry with slight acidity akin to a Pinot Grigio with subtle apple on the nose.

WIZARD'S TREE

BOTANICAL SAISON | 4.8% ABV

A mixed-fermentation Saison aged on fresh hibiscus, lemon verbena and rose geranium, all hand-picked from the beautiful gardens of Barefoot Botanicals. This bottle is a collaboration between us and our friends at Brick Lane, who flew all the way from Japan to forage these seasonal blooms with us.

KUMI

DARK SOUR ALE | 6.0% ABV

Our 2018 Pro-Am competition winning beer. This Bourbon Barrel Aged Dark Sour Ale conditioned on cocoa nibs. Built upon a luscious bed of Pilsner malt, wheat, flaked oats, and a touch of carafa for a rich brown color.  Hopped delicately with 4-year ages noble hops from our Blendery and conditioned with our house-mixed culture before being laid to rest for nearly a year in freshly dumped Heaven Hill barrels atop whole
cocoa nibs.

AUGER PULP

WILD PALE ALE | 5.8% ABV

Sketches of Cascade is our second dissertation on the effects of dry-hopping a mature stock of wild ale fermented entirely in oak casks with a heavy hand of whole flower Cascade hops. Steeped low and slow, the result is bright and citrus-y with punches of grapefruit perfectly balanced by the herbaceous notes of the hops.

WILD PALE ALE | 5.8% ABV

Sketches of Simoe is our intensely dry-hopped wild pale ale. 
This is our first dissertation on the effects of dry-hopping a mature stock of wild ale fermented entirely in oak casks with a heavy hand of whole flower hops. The result is puzzlingly bright and citrusy, with background notes of classic Simcoe pine resin, barrel tannins, and light funk. It boasts a medium-high acidity, akin to juicy sweet tarts and fresh squeezed oranges. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

GOLDEN WILD ALE | 5.5% ABV

Earth Born is our Golden Wild Ale aged in various oak barrels for 19 months then conditioned on freshly picked, locally grown organic hemp, Rose Geranium and dry-hopped with Eureka hops. This ale boasts flavors of Lemonheads and fresh-zested limes in addition to light acidity and mild diesel dankness.
